Overview Join our Financial Crime team as a Senior AML Systems & Data Analyst, where your expertise will play a critical role in safeguarding our organisation against financial crime. In this 12-month role you will lead projects focused on end-to-end transaction monitoring rules, ensuring our systems and processes remain robust and compliant with regulatory standards. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality data analytics, support the development and enhancement of financial crime detection systems, and collaborate with operational and technology teams. Lead projects focused on end-to-end transaction monitoring rules. Support high-quality data analytics for risk identification, management, and mitigation. Collaborate with operational, technology teams, and other stakeholders. Communicate findings and actionable insights clearly to stakeholders. Take ownership of initiatives and maintain the highest standards in financial crime prevention. About You You are a self-sufficient professional with a strong background in banking and financial crime operations. Technical skills in SQL and Python are well developed, and you are comfortable applying them to complex data challenges. You have experience leading projects and implementing transaction monitoring rules. You understand the importance of maintaining rigorous controls and documentation. Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly and build effective relationships across teams. Approach work with integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement. Passionate about financial crime risk management and ready to make a meaningful impact.
