In this 12-month role, you will lead projects focused on end-to-end transaction monitoring rules, ensuring our systems and processes remain robust and compliant with regulatory standards. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality data analytics, supporting the development and enhancement of financial crime detection systems, and collaborating with both operational and technology teams. Your work will directly contribute to the identification, management, and mitigation of financial crime risk across the business. Effective communication & data analytics experience will be essential as you engage with stakeholders and provide clear, actionable insights. This is a role for someone who is ready to take ownership, drive initiatives, and maintain the highest standards in financial crime prevention. About you You - our preferred candidate is a self-sufficient professional with a strong background in banking and financial crime operations. Your technical skills in SQL and Python are well developed, and you are comfortable applying them to complex data challenges. You have experience leading projects and implementing transaction monitoring rules, and you understand the importance of maintaining rigorous controls and documentation. Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to convey complex information clearly and build effective relationships across teams. You approach your work with integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
