Lawn & Garden Maintenance Crew Member (Residential Properties) $35.50–$42.50/hour + super — paid weekly Scarborough and nearby suburbs (HQ based in Craigie)⏰ 6:30 am – 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday Small, supportive team with early finishes and a say in how things are run It’s lawns, gardens, and the odd soft landscaping job — variety guaranteed, mullets optional (business in the front, party in the back is fine by us). We’re looking for a reliable crew member to join our maintenance team. If you enjoy working outdoors, know your way around the tools, and want to keep building your skills, you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Get $35.50–$42.50/hour + super — paid weekly Early finishes — we work 6:30 am to 3:00 pm Supportive crew and quality clients — we like good banter almost as much as clean lawns Year‑round work and job security — lawns don’t care what season it is A say in how things are run — we’re small, growing, and you get to help shape the culture About the Role We’re Mint Landscapes — a small, family‑run business with our HQ based in Craigie . We take pride in high‑quality work and have built a solid, friendly crew that looks after residential gardens and lawns in Scarborough and nearby suburbs. The role is primarily garden and lawn maintenance (around 90 %) , with the occasional soft landscaping job (roughly every 1–2 weeks) to mix things up. Think installing new lawns , Corten steel edging , coastal‑style planting , feature steppers , trellises , and basic retic upgrades . Training is provided — no stress if you’re still learning. What You’ll Be Doing Lawn care — mowing (rotary and cylinder), edging, blowing Garden maintenance — hedging, shaping, weeding, fertilising Reticulation — basic testing and minor fixes (desirable, not essential) Herbicide and fertiliser application (desirable, not essential) Occasional soft landscaping — planting, turf, edging, steppers Job notes and schedule updates via ServiceM8 What You’ll Need Experience in residential garden and lawn maintenance Confident with tools — hedgers, mowers, blowers, etc. Manual driver’s licence Own vehicle to get to HQ Great attitude and pride in your work Spray ticket and basic retic skills (desirable, not essential) Nice‑to‑Haves (not essential) MR truck licence Chainsaw experience Tool maintenance skills Soft landscaping experience How to Apply Send through your resume and a short cover letter with a quick paragraph on why this role interests you .
