We are looking for someone who is looking for the next step in their career, or someone looking to grow into a role long term and lead our Townsville team in all aspects of receiving, dispatch, operations, order processing and administration. Duties Oversight of current warehouse team and all aspects of the warehouse operations. Manage and support customer service to ensure smooth branch operations in regard to administration and order processing. Ensure stock from local suppliers or branch transfers are enacted efficiently. Stock control and stocktake management. Ensure general warehouse maintenance is performed to provide a safe and efficient warehouse environment for customers and staff. Ensure branch is clean, safe and presented well at all times. Responsible for regular branch reporting. Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will be an integral part of our growing team and be required to lead by example and take control of the internal sales and operations functions. This will require a strong work ethic and an ability to think on your feet. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to succeed in this fast paced customer focused environment.
