The Role We are searching for a Host to be the welcoming face and first interaction our guests have with our club. You'll be instrumental in ensuring that the initial and lasting impression is positive, and that our guests experience the exceptional service for which we’re renowned, right from their first step into our venue. You will be committed, reliable and have a demonstratable attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Greet and Welcome: Ensure all guests are welcomed warmly and assisted promptly. Reservation Management: Efficiently manage table reservations, premium package purchases, guest inquiries, and delivery of premium package elements during service. Host VIP guests: Seat and manage the VIP F&B service at our premium plus tables. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers professionally, both in-person and over the phone, ensuring all inquiries and communication are handled with grace and efficiency. Reporting: Issue nightly financial summary reports to owners IT Management: Manage reservation, premium package and other relevant IT systems competently. Qualifications and Skills Appearance: Impeccable grooming and a consistent, warm smile. Admninistration: demonstrateable administration skills, an eye for detail and capable of compiling & delivering summary financial reports Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and exemplary phone manners. Customer Service: Proven experience in a customer service role, with the ability to manage customer relations effectively. IT Skills: Basic IT acumen, with ability to manage the detail in reservations and troubleshoot minor IT issues. Working Hours: Availability to work from 3:30pm to 11:30pm, Wednesday - Saturday nights, with full working rights in Australia Why Work With Us?
