Project Officer Bond University based in Robina on the Gold Coast seeks a Project Officer to coordinate and support the delivery of business improvement projects and initiatives within the Faculty of Health, Science and Medicine. The position is full‑time, fixed‑term for up to two years, with twelve months’ probation and a potential conversion to a continuing contract at the end of the term. About The Position The Project Officer will: Coordinate and support the delivery of business improvement projects and initiatives within the Faculty, reporting to the Business Services Manager. Assist with project planning, execution and monitoring while identifying opportunities to optimise processes and implement innovative solutions. Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and support the rollout of university‑wide systems and projects. Qualifications The ideal candidate will: Hold a relevant tertiary qualification and have experience coordinating business improvement or change projects, ideally within an education or training environment. Be detail‑oriented, organised, and skilled in stakeholder engagement, clear communication and competing‑priority management. Have training in project management tools and methodologies, with a proactive and collaborative approach to driving process improvements and supporting organisational change. Salary The salary commences at $83,210.75 FTE per annum, plus 12% superannuation. Application Information Applications close: 11:59 pm Sunday 30 November 2025.
