Patient Safety Leadership: Drive system-wide initiatives that embed a culture of safety, learning, and continuous improvement. Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with senior managers, committees, and stakeholders to achieve NSQHS accreditation and performance goals. Innovation & Excellence: Lead quality improvement projects with measurable outcomes, recognised through publications and awards. Workplace Safety Stewardship: Champion best practice in health, safety, and wellbeing to support a high-performing and compliant workforce. About You Hold tertiary health and postgraduate management qualifications (or equivalent), with extensive experience in quality, safety, risk management, and accreditation within a complex healthcare environment. Demonstrated expertise in applying National Standards (2nd Edition), patient safety programs, clinical risk identification, and continuous improvement methodologies. Strong skills in data analysis, clinical case review, project management and change management—translating insights into meaningful quality and safety improvements. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and engage effectively with clinicians, consumers and senior leaders. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently, lead and collaborate in team environments, and confidently use incident management, quality systems and Microsoft Office tools.
