The Role We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, cellar door, and functions centre. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead a passionate team to deliver consistently professional, efficient, and personalised service that reflects our premium brand. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of restaurant and cellar door operations to achieve profitability while maintaining luxury standards. Lead, train, and supervise food and beverage staff, ensuring exceptional customer service. Oversee reservations, POS systems, stock control, and end-of-shift cash-ups. Drive high service standards and ensure compliance with opening and closing procedures. Support event and function execution to exceed guest expectations. Monitor labour costs and operational budgets. Collaborate with senior management on business objectives and risk management. About You Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager. Current RSA certification. Permanent residency or Australian citizenship. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Hands‑on, energetic, and committed to excellence. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi‑task. Professional, courteous, and safety conscious. Salary & Benefits Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 per annum (including superannuation), commensurate with experience. Ready to lead with passion and precision?
