Become an OSHC Assistant Coordinator at Chapel Hill State School Helping Hands This is a permanent part-time opportunity offers 20 hours per week across split shifts to support the service's operating hours of Monday – Friday, 6 : 30 - 8 : 45am (Rise then Shine) and 3 : 00 - 6 : 00pm (Stay and Play). You can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too with our Holiday HQ Program What You’ll Be Doing – Your Adventure Starts Here Leading fun-filled programs where children explore everything from STEM and sports to arts crafts (whatever sparks their imagination). Fostering strong connections with children, parents, and the school community to create a nurturing environment. Managing a team of passionate Educators, including organizing rosters and helping them grow in their roles. Assisting with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring everything runs smoothly, including compliance and administration. What’s in It for You? Strong communication skills – you’ll be guiding and supporting others The ability to work well in a team and the desire to grow into a leadership role.
