A growing construction SME based in Leichhardt is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join its expanding pre‑contracts team. The company delivers a diverse mix of commercial, government, heritage and rail‑related projects across Greater Sydney. About the Role This full‑time, on‑site role is ideal for a Senior Estimator who enjoys a collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with the company’s Senior Estimators and Bid Manager supporting multiple concurrent tenders and contributing to high‑quality submissions. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed estimates, BOQs and cost plans using Cubit Collaborate daily with the Bid Manager to prepare tender submissions Manage subcontractor pricing, trade break‑ups and comparison sheets Attend site visits, tender briefings and conduct risk assessments Assist with methodology inputs, clarifications and value engineering Maintain pricing databases, supplier relationships and tender pipeline information What We’re Looking For Minimum 5+ years estimating experience in the Sydney construction industry Experience with EstimateOne or similar procurement platforms Proven ability to deliver competitive tenders for commercial, government or fit‑out projects Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and trade sequencing Excellent communication and attention to detail About You Highly organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple tenders Confident working within a small, supportive SME environment Strong commercial awareness and risk identification skills Enjoys working collaboratively with senior team members What’s on Offer Full‑time, on‑site role based in Leichhardt (no hybrid / remote) Supportive team environment working directly with experienced senior estimators Stable role within a reputable and growing SME Exposure to diverse project portfolios and government frameworks Opportunities for career development If you’re looking for a senior estimating role where you can work closely with an established team and contribute to meaningful tenders, apply now with your CV and a short cover letter to #J-18808-Ljbffr
