Director - WorkplaceAGD - Executive Level 2

WorkplaceAGD is a unique and exciting opportunity to re-imagine and reshape the Attorney-Generals Departments workplaces. We plan to transform our workplaces to better reflect our changed operating environment and to align with the needs and expectations of our people and stakeholders.
The Director WorkplaceAGD will lead the team that will partner with our internal and external specialists to deliver AGDs Workplace Strategy and then a new design and fit-out for our main building in Canberra at 3-5 National Circuit Barton. This process will also produce a blueprint for new workspaces across our national footprint as the opportunities arise.
Acknowledging the significant cultural change required for such a transformative project, we are investing heavily in the engagement of our people and stakeholders and in understanding whats possible from a workplace and technology perspective as part of a genuine co-design process.
We have already established a high performing and committed internal team, a very effective and engaged Steering Committee, and great relationships with our key internal specialists in the department. We have also already formed partnerships with well-respected and highly capable Workplace Strategists, Project Managers and Interior Designers. We will shortly engage IT Strategists and Engineers.
This an awesome opportunity for a leader to step in and take the reigns to deliver a great outcome for our people and the department.
