Legal & Corporate Governance Recruitment Specialist PQE Partners is partnering with a leading property development and investment group seeking an experienced Paralegal to support their General Counsel and legal team. This is a broad, fast‑paced role covering conveyancing, off‑the‑plan matters, acquisitions and general commercial support. Key Responsibilities Managing OTP documentation, inboxes, amendments, exchanges and settlements. Preparing and reviewing contracts, deeds, dealings and due diligence materials. Handling PEXA transactions, caveats, mortgages and associated filings. Liaising with internal teams, external law firms and key stakeholders across projects. Assisting with presale requirements, condition precedents and document execution. Supporting acquisition transactions, including initial document review, due diligence, exchanges, duty processes and settlement coordination. Maintaining organised files, preparing documents for execution and assisting with research, summaries and internal reporting. About You 5+ years’ experience as a Paralegal or senior conveyancing professional with strong OTP and property development exposure. High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. Confident communicator with solid stakeholder management capabilities.
