About the Role DBG Health is seeking a talented and detail‑oriented Paralegal to join our large, dynamic commercial legal team. As a key player in our legal operations, you will support a variety of legal and commercial functions, contributing to our mission of delivering affordable and innovative healthcare solutions to millions of Australians. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to grow their career within a fast‑paced pharmaceutical industry and make a tangible impact. Role & Responsibilities Draft, review and manage commercial contracts, including supplier agreements, NDAs and distribution arrangements. Support corporate governance, intellectual property matters and ensure compliance to mitigate risk. Conduct thorough legal research on healthcare laws, industry standards and regulatory frameworks such as TGA and PBS. Prepare and submit regulatory filings and approvals efficiently to meet compliance requirements. Maintain organised legal files and monitor legislative updates to proactively inform the legal team. Reduce the administrative burden on lawyers by taking ownership of key operational and documentation tasks. Utilise expert‑level Microsoft Word and Adobe skills to create, format and manage professional legal documents with precision. Skills & Experience Prior experience supporting a legal team is highly advantageous. Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations, including TGA and PBS frameworks, is highly advantageous. Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills. Proven ability to multitask effectively and manage competing priorities. Proficiency in legal research tools, document management systems, Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Adobe skills.
