Project Scheduler URGENT 3‑Month Contract (with view to extend) – $950–$1,000/day incl. super | North Sydney (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) | Immediate start We’re seeking a Project Scheduler to play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex customer programs, directly impacting customer satisfaction and project financial health. Key Responsibilities Manage the end‑to‑end schedule, budget, and risks of customer‑focused projects. Collaborate closely with the Customer Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards. Maintain strong customer relationships and drive overall project success. Participate in a dynamic team that values innovation and proactive communication, working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment that embraces change. Apply best practices and influence project outcomes. Make a meaningful impact in transforming customer experiences in the telecommunications industry. Required Skills 4–6 years’ experience as a Project Scheduler and Coordinator within the telecommunications domain. Local Australian telecom project experience. Skilled in managing complex multiyear projects and budgets. Strong risk management capabilities and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a global mindset. Experience utilizing project‑management tools and methodologies.
