PROJECT SCHEDULER - CAPITAL WORKS ABOUT THE COMPANY Our client is a leading not-for-profit aged care developer delivering high-quality residential and community facilities that make a genuine difference to people's lives. ABOUT THE ROLE As the Project Scheduler, you'll play a critical role within the Capital Works team, supporting the planning, coordination, and monitoring of projects across the development portfolio. You'll work closely with Project Managers and the Head of Capital Works to create and maintain detailed schedules, track progress, and provide clear reporting to ensure on-time and efficient project delivery. DUTIES Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project Collaborate with Project Managers to coordinate activities and identify critical paths Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect actual performance Prepare and present progress reports and dashboards to internal stakeholders Highlight potential risks, delays, and recommend corrective actions Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements Maintain accurate records of schedule changes and approvals SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 3-5 years' experience in construction scheduling, ideally in capital works or infrastructure Strong proficiency with scheduling tools such as MS Project Solid understanding of construction methodologies and project lifecycles Experience working within complex stakeholder environments Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field Experience in aged care or community infrastructure projects (advantageous) CULTURE You’ll be joining a values-led organisation that genuinely cares about its people and the communities it serves.
