Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position Job Description Our Joondalup clinic is seeking an Office Manager to join the team. The role is a full time position working Monday to Friday, with shifts of 8am – 4:30pm and 8:30am – 5pm. Role Overview As an Office Manager, you will provide professional and operational leadership and management to the clinic. Responsibilities Day‑to‑day medical reception tasks; greeting and arriving patients, answering phone calls and emails, booking appointments etc. Support training, supervision, and development of medical reception staff that rotate around the Perth clinics. Manage the clinic's daily appointment schedule. Manage the clinic's daily banking and other financial applications and requirements. Work closely with the Area Office Manager, Chief Medical Imaging Technologist, Regional Manager, and Radiologist/s. What we're looking for Office management and leadership experience, ideally a team leader, manager, or 2IC position. A background in radiology would be beneficial. Clear verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
