About the Role: Premise is seeking a proactive and highly organised Business Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Orange, NSW . As the Business Support Coordinator, you’ll be working closely with our collaborative and people-focused General Manager and play a pivotal role in supporting our technical team. You’ll be coordinating corporate services and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. From event planning and onboarding to formatting project deliverables and liaising with suppliers, your work will be varied, impactful, and valued. About You: 5+ years of client-facing administrative experience (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail. Knowledge of office systems, basic HR, marketing, and IT procedures. Diploma in Business Administration (preferred). Key Responsibilities: Provide high‑level administrative support to the General Manager and technical leads. Coordinate corporate functions, events, and office initiatives. Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes and HRIS updates. Format fee submissions, tenders, and project deliverables. Liaise with suppliers and contractors for office maintenance. Champion WHS and quality culture across the team. Support IT coordination and general office operations.
