The Role: Principal, Workforce Modernisation Our Transformation team helps organisations reimagine what’s possible and deliver impactful results. We partner with clients to uncover their needs, navigate complexity, and drive meaningful change. Our Workforce Modernisation capability includes Strategic Change Management, Operating Model Design, and HR Transformation. Principals lead complex people and culture transformations that enable organisations to adopt new ways of working and realise measurable outcomes. This role shapes program change strategy, leads enterprise change management, designs and delivers culture and workforce transformation, and builds training and enablement programs that drive business adoption. What You’ll Do Client Delivery & Strategy Collaborate with clients to transform and achieve their vision and objectives by aligning the organisation, the operating model, the people, and the processes. Design workforce and change solutions aligned to client objectives, and bridge business‑technology gaps to enable adoption. Build trusted client relationships across Program teams, HR, Learning & Development, Org Design, Change and Transformation teams. Business Development Support the sales lifecycle as an SME and Solution Lead in pursuits and RFx responses. Identify market needs and contribute to methodologies and thought leadership relating to workforce modernisation. Sustain and grow relationships with clients, partners and broader professional community. Team & Talent Development Proactively mentor and develop consultants and support internal learning & development initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve workforce modernisation capability, frameworks and methodologies. What You’ll Bring Success in leading complex enterprise change as part of multi‑workstream, multi‑year technology programs. Deep expertise in enterprise and program change management, culture and workforce transformation and building capability programs. Consulting expertise, with a focus on change, leadership, human capital and talent consulting; or a strong advisory toolkit developed in industry, including executive facilitation, scoping and solution development, complex senior stakeholder management and quality delivery management. Capability to shape workforce modernisation solutions and resource plans to meet client needs. Highly competent in leveraging technology accelerators such as AI‑enabled ways of working to improve efficiency and effectiveness of work. Experience working in cross‑functional teams, including with technical resources, engineers, designers, operational and functional consultants and process experts. Experience in leading and growing teams, managing employee performance, and fostering a culture of excellence. Professional change management credentials (CCMP, Prosci) or higher education in organisational development favourable but not essential.
