We're looking for a passionate, confident, and customer‑focused New Homes Consultant to join our supportive local team and manage our customer's journey from initial enquiry to contract. What You'll Be Doing Be the welcoming face and voice of our business, managing sales enquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm. Guide potential customers through the journey, from understanding their vision and budget to finalising their home design. Present our range of home designs, floor plans, and inclusions, tailoring solutions to meet each customer's unique needs. Prepare and present accurate sales estimates, proposals, and contracts. Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building strong rapport, providing regular updates, and managing expectations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, dynamic team that has quickly established itself in the local community. This role is planned to commence in January. This is a full‑time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm. Please note, this role requires the flexibility to work weekends and after hours for customer appointments as required. What You’ll Bring A genuine, customer‑first communication style and exceptional interpersonal skills. Proven experience in a general sales or customer‑facing role is essential. The right attitude and a passion for helping people are what matter most. Strong negotiation and closing skills. A high level of organization, self‑motivation, and attention to detail. A proactive, take‑charge attitude; you see opportunities and act on them. Previous experience in the construction or real estate industry is highly regarded but not essential. We're looking for a proactive, results‑driven team player who loves building relationships and has a genuine passion for the new home industry.
