Operating as a small, hands-on team that moves quickly, balancing strategy with execution as we expand into new categories and international markets. This year marks an exciting stage of growth with the rollout of our AirLab air monitor products and a new line of sustainable PPE under Filtrum Health, which we’ve developed over the past three years in collaboration with HealthShare NSW and the NSW Government to advance the next generation of biodegradable medical products. The Role We’re looking for a Strategic Growth Manager — part performance marketer, part commercial strategist. You’ll play a key role in scaling our marketing efforts while driving growth across our expanding portfolio of air quality and PPE innovations, spanning DTC, B2B, and B2G markets. This is a hands‑on role that blends creative marketing, data‑driven experimentation, and commercial growth strategy. You’ll work directly with the founding team to shape the go‑to‑market and scaling strategy for our next generation of air quality technologies. Key Responsibilities: Performance Marketing & Creative Strategy Develop and execute high-performing campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms. Write performance-driven scripts and concepts for UGC-style ads, managing content creation with external creators and editors. Maintain a consistent cadence of creative testing, analysing and optimising for ROAS, CTR, and engagement. Report on top-performing creatives and iterate quickly based on data and audience insights. Manage one of the top 1% Meta ad accounts globally, driven by data-led decision making, creative testing, and a deep commitment to customer experience. Commercial Growth (B2B & B2G) Identify and develop partnerships with healthcare providers, distributors, and government organisations. Support tenders, proposals, and partnership outreach for institutional adoption. Align marketing campaigns with sales goals to build awareness and conversion in professional markets. Represent the brand at key industry opportunities, conferences, and partner discussions. Pipeline & Process Management Oversee both creative and commercial pipelines — from ideation to execution. Track performance metrics across paid media, partnerships, and product categories. Proactively propose new channels, creative formats, and partnership opportunities. What We’re Looking ForMust-Haves 2+ years experience in performance marketing, growth, or commercial roles (ideally in eCommerce, health, or tech). Proven ability to develop and optimise high-performing ad creative. Strong understanding of paid media metrics and creative iteration. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A self-starter who thrives in small, fast-moving teams with autonomy and ownership. Bonus Points For Experience in B2B or B2G sales, particularly within health, wellness, or sustainability sectors. Familiarity with creative tools (Figma, Adobe Suite). Experience scaling international marketing or distribution. Track record of leading growth initiatives in early-stage or high-growth companies.
