A leading enterprise brand in Australia is seeking a Data Visualisation Specialist to join their analytics function on a 12-month contract. You'll play a key role in uplifting how the business accesses, interprets, and acts on data through high-quality dashboards, reporting assets, and data storytelling. This role suits someone who loves turning complex datasets into intuitive, visually compelling insights that influence real-world decisions. What You'll Do Design, build and enhance dashboards and visual analytics across key business units. Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical questions and actionable outputs. Partner with stakeholders across operations, product, digital and finance teams to understand reporting needs. Ensure data visualisation best practice, accessibility, and consistency across all reporting assets. Work closely with data engineers and analysts to improve data quality, pipelines, and model reliability. Drive data literacy across the business through education, documentation, and storytelling. What You Bring 2-5+ years in BI, data visualisation or analytics roles. Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modelling, performance tuning). Solid experience with Tableau for dashboard development and data storytelling. Ability to build dashboards that balance clarity, aesthetics and performance. Solid SQL skills and confidence working with large datasets. Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complexity for non-technical stakeholders.
