The Ateco Group is the Australian home of LDV, Maserati, RAM Trucks and Renault. We are the largest independent, privately‑owned motor vehicle distributor in Australia. Our corporate headquarters are located at Sydney Olympic Park and we have team members across Australia working with our network of 230+ dealers. An exciting opportunity exists to join our Melbourne based team as Regional Aftersales Manager for RAM Trucks. Working alongside our other Regional Aftersales Managers and the Sydney based Aftersales team this role will oversee the After Sales performance of our RAM Dealer Network in VIC. Day to day activities will include: Scheduled dealer visits across a range of regional and metro dealers Technical and Product training at a dealer level Strategic planning to assist dealers in the growth of service and parts penetration Reporting – responding to technical reports and regular reporting on dealer activity Assist in Dealer start up and closure process Assisting Dealers in the field with service, warranty and technical issues General support to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service from our dealers What we are looking for: Experience in a Regional Service or Aftersales Role Up to date technical knowledge An interest in technical advances and a willingness to learn and develop Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook Ability to travel regularly within VIC and occasionally interstate This role is based at our Hallam office and is flexible in nature allowing work from home and work on the road when visiting dealers. The remuneration package on offer will include base salary, fully maintained comany car and access to an annual bonus program. You will be working alongside a very experienced team who lead the way in introducing and managing brands within Australia and New Zealand across the market spectrum. #J-18808-Ljbffr
