About the Role This role is all about taking charge of our online sales ecosystem . You will create, manage, and optimise online advertisements across caravan marketplaces, social platforms, and classified channels — including: Caravansales.com.au Facebook Marketplace / Meta Ads OnlyVans.com.au Gumtree Website listings Lead forms & landing pages Working closely with our content creator, you’ll build listings that stop the scroll, generate enquiry, and deliver quality leads to our Sales Team. You’ll also oversee user experience, digital presentation, online product accuracy, and our entire customer acquisition funnel. This is a full‑time, hands‑on role based at our Forest Glen HQ, with flexibility to work from home for the right candidate. What You’ll Be Doing Creating high‑converting ads across multiple online marketplaces Managing product listings, pricing accuracy & digital stock presentation Ensuring every caravan listing has professional copy, images & video Publishing & refreshing ads frequently to maximise visibility Generating, routing & tracking online sales enquiries Monitoring marketplace behaviour & implementing lead strategy improvements Ensuring brand consistency across all online channels Building & improving landing pages, banners & online campaigns Reviewing analytics and reporting performance weekly Collaborating with the sales team to improve conversion rates Supporting the marketing team with digital assets and campaigns What We’re Looking For Experience managing online ads / marketplace listings is essential Background in eCommerce, automotive, or caravan sales highly regarded Strong skills in SEO, UX, analytics and audience targeting Design capability (Adobe, Canva, or similar) A proactive self‑starter who takes ownership and delivers results Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Someone who loves a fast‑paced environment and thrives on accountability Why You’ll Love Working With Us Be the driving force behind our digital sales strategy Work with a respected Australian family business with national growth Enjoy autonomy, creativity, and room to innovate Hybrid work flexibility after onboarding A positive culture where your impact is seen and valued Opportunities to grow with the brand — including career progression Location & Hours Forest Glen, Sunshine Coast Full‑time, Monday–Friday Hybrid flexibility available after training Ready to Apply?
