Employment Type Full time, Contract, Part time, Casual/Temporary About the role The Program Officer will provide efficient and effective administration support to the Sustainability, Infrastructure and Assets Program Manager to ensure project initiatives are delivered on time and on budget. This temporary, flexible full‑time position will continue until 30 June 2026. Responsibilities Key duties include: Establishing and supporting project governance by scheduling meetings and performing secretariat functions. Working with project and program management schedules, reports, procurement and associated software programs. Participating in the development and implementation of organisational processes that improve project governance, compliance and continuous improvement in project management. Assisting with the planning, implementation and reporting for West Moreton Health capital projects. Managing risks and issues related to capital projects. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following: Ability to establish and support project governance by scheduling meetings and performing secretariat functions. Experience working with project and program management schedules, reports, procurement and associated software programs. Participation in the development and implementation of organisational processes that improve project governance, compliance and continuous improvement in project management. Ability to assist with the planning, implementation and reporting for West Moreton Health capital projects. Understanding of the risks and issues management relative to the undertaking of capital projects.
