Buyer Specialist Southbank, Victoria, Australia MICM is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Buyer Specialist to join our high-performing Sales team in Southbank. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside one of Melbourne's leading real estate agents and gain hands‑on experience across the full sales process. Whether you're early in your real estate career or looking to take the next step, this role offers an intensive, all‑encompassing introduction to the industry. With over 30 years of experience in Melbourne's inner‑city property market, MICM is a trusted name in real estate, offering a full‑service approach across sales, leasing, property management, and more. Responsibilities Respond to buyer enquiries and coordinate inspections (OFIs, private, and final) Assist with buyer negotiations and post‑sale updates Manage marketing campaigns including photography, floor plans, and online listings Liaise with vendors, trades, and solicitors to ensure smooth transactions Maintain accurate sales records and manage key handovers Qualifications Strong knowledge of the Melbourne real estate market Excellent communication and negotiation skills High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; Agency Cloud experience is a plus Ability to work independently and collaboratively Requirements Current driver's license and own vehicle Agent's Representative Certificate (preferred) If you're ready to launch or accelerate your real estate career by learning from the best, we'd love to hear from you.
