Role Description This is a contract‑based remote role for a Behaviour Practitioner/Team Leader. The practitioner will coordinate with clients, families, and support teams to ensure a collaborative and effective approach, and will oversee behavioural support services, mentor junior staff, and maintain compliance with relevant organisational and industry standards. Responsibilities Develop personalized behavior support plans. Conduct behavioural assessments. Provide therapeutic interventions. Coordinate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Oversee behavioural support services. Mentor junior staff. Maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry standards. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis or behaviour science. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Ability to manage and support a team, focusing on mentoring, leadership, and delegating responsibilities effectively. Administrative skills such as report writing, case documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and goals. Relevant qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioural Science, or a related field. Understanding of NDIS frameworks and experience in disability support will be advantageous. Commitment to professional development and staying up to date with evidence‑based practices in PBS. Proactive problem‑solving and organisational skills to manage diverse cases and ensure high‑quality service delivery.
