What you’ll be doing Provide coordination services & support to the Corporate Partnering Team, and broader Officer of the Chief Executive Division toward smooth operations of the Corporate Partnering portfolio and contribute to the achievement of strategic and operational objectives for the Office of the Chief Executive. Remuneration/Benefits In addition to base salary: 12% superannuation 4 weeks annual leave (plus 17.5% leave loading) 10 days sick leave 40 hours per week which include accrual of monthly Allocated Day Off (ADO) x 12 per year. Essential requirements Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience in providing strategic coordination, governance, and administrative support at a senior level Demonstrated experience in developing, reviewing and implementing organisational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory frameworks. Proven track record identifying and implementing ongoing process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and organisational effectiveness. Demonstrated effective planning and organising skills and the ability to deliver multiple outcomes within tight timeframes where attention to detail is essential. Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills, including experience preparing executive level reports, briefing papers and governance documentation. Demonstrated capability to anticipate risks, analyse emerging trends and provide strategic advice to support organisational resilience and compliance. If successful for interview candidates must bring original copies of essential qualifications to be sighted by the panel, and one copy to provide to panel.
