About the Position We are seeking an experienced digital leader to coordinate our Corporate Solutions and Services team and support the City’s digital transformation. In this role, you will provide strategic advice on Digital Solutions and Services, lead a collaborative business partnering approach, and oversee the delivery of secure, innovative and efficient corporate digital solutions. You will guide the planning and delivery of ICT infrastructure, business systems, cloud services, telecommunications, and information management initiatives. You’ll also manage ICT security policies, FOI processes, network and asset lifecycles, and support business continuity through strong IT Disaster Recovery and service management practices. Alongside operational planning and budgeting responsibilities, you will coach and support a high‑performing team and build productive relationships across the organisation. This is a permanent, full‑time position. About You You are an experienced ICT or digital services leader with a strong background in corporate systems, information management, infrastructure, and cybersecurity—ideally in a complex or government environment. You bring deep technical capability, strong strategic thinking, and a proven track record of delivering technology solutions that enhance business performance. You excel at partnering with stakeholders, leading teams through change, and driving continuous improvement. You’re skilled in cloud technologies, telecommunications, enterprise architecture, and ICT security, and you’re comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. You model inclusive, positive behaviours and are willing to participate in a rotating roster for out‑of‑hours support.
