These roles are office based roles located in Brisbane. We are seeking neatly presented, experienced, and motivated candidates who bring a proactive and positive approach to their work. About the Role In this role you will join a well-established team of property claims consultants where you will assist with the increase in claim volumes. Manage a portfolio of property insurance claims. Triage claims and complete make safe assessments. Liaise with claimants, repairers, other insurers, loss adjusters and third parties. Manage claims through to settlement. Process payments. Assess and write reports. Skills & Experience Experience within insurance, financial services or customer focused roles. Excellent customer service and administration skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Excellent time management skills. High accuracy levels with a proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Proven ability to learn in an extremely fast paced environment. Experience working with and learning various systems.
