The Opportunity Are you a master storyteller who can turn complex ideas into captivating visual narratives? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love experimenting with cutting‑edge technology? What You’ll Do Conceptualise & Script: Develop compelling scripts, storyboards, and concepts for a wide range of video content, including explainer videos, product tutorials, promotional materials, and social media shorts. Create & Produce: Manage the end‑to‑end video production process. You'll be a master of resourcefulness, taking limited assets—like presentations, technical documents, and stock footage—and transforming them into polished, professional videos. Leverage AI & Emerging Technologies: Stay at the forefront of video creation by utilizing AI‑powered tools and techniques including generative video platforms (text‑to‑video, image‑to‑video, video‑to‑video transformations), advanced editing assistants, automated voice‑over generation, and AI‑enhanced animation to achieve rapid turnaround times without compromising quality. Distill the Complex: Become an expert at summarising vast amounts of technical and scientific information into clear, concise, and easy‑to‑understand video content that resonates with our audience. Collaborate & Iterate: Work closely with subject matter experts, graphic designers, and the wider marketing team to ensure content is accurate, on‑brand, and effective. Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously explore, learn, and implement new tools and techniques to keep our video content fresh, innovative, and impactful. What We’re Looking For Some experience in video creation or a similar creative role, with a portfolio or showreel demonstrating your potential. Exceptional storytelling and scriptwriting skills. You know how to craft a narrative that hooks an audience from the first second. A "get it done" attitude with the ability to turn high‑quality videos around quickly. Awareness of the evolving landscape of AI video generation tools (e.g., generative video platforms, AI‑powered editing tools, automated animation systems). You don't need to be an expert in every tool, but you should understand their capabilities and be excited to explore how they can enhance your workflow. Proficiency in standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent). An innate ability to simplify complex topics and communicate them clearly and effectively. A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.
