This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating meaningful customer experiences.About The RoleReporting to the Senior Manager, Engagement Marketing, you’ll play a key role in developing end-to-end communications that support a pilot Clearing House program and the broader in housing of employer services. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure communications are timely, compliant, and aligned with brand and channel strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver communications for pilot and full launch phases of the Clearing House program. Translate technical concepts into plain language for diverse audiences. Ensure consistency in tone of voice and messaging across all touchpoints. Collaborate with design and production teams to create on-brand assets. Support digital communication strategies through channel-appropriate content. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to quarterly GTM planning. About YouYou’re a confident communicator with a strong background in marketing or communications, and you bring:Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to simplify complex information. Experience managing end-to-end communications across multiple channels. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. A collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Preferred ExperienceBackground in superannuation, insurance, or financial services. RG 146 compliance (desirable).
