This role suits individuals seeking stable, ongoing full-time work with opportunities for skill development and career progression. You’ll be working within one of the largest cold storage facilities in Australia, contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. About the Role This is an entry-level position, with full training and ongoing support provided. You will be involved in cold storage, receivals, warehousing, and manual handling tasks, working in chilled and freezer environments as required. Day-to-day duties may include: Manual sorting of boxes up to 25kg Packing and wrapping pallets Container loading and unloading Cold storage and warehousing duties Forklift awareness and safe work practices Maintaining strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality You’ll play a key role in ensuring products meet quality standards while supporting efficient production and distribution processes.
