Role Description Lead Digital UX/CX Designer (remote, contract). This remote contract role leads the design and enhancement of user experiences and customer experiences across digital channels. The responsibilities include creating user‑centered strategies, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, analyzing consumer behavior, and developing designs that align with the company’s mission. The role owns the end‑to‑end design process from concept to execution. Qualifications Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to evaluate user behavior and measure the success of design solutions. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams and translate feedback into actionable design improvements. Proven expertise in digital strategy and UX design to develop data‑driven solutions that improve customer engagement and experience. Experience with project management to oversee and ensure timely delivery of comprehensive UX projects. Knowledge of digital marketing principles to align design efforts with marketing objectives. Proficiency with design tools and wireframing software (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma) is highly valued. Experience in designing for AI‑powered platforms or data‑driven environments is a plus. A degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
