Position Overview We are seeking a Graphic Designer with specialised expertise in Salesforce UX/CX and e-commerce platform design. This role combines internal brand management with client-facing design work, requiring both visual design excellence and technical platform knowledge. The position reports directly to the CEO and serves as the primary design resource supporting our consulting practice, sales function, and marketing operations. Key Responsibilities Design user experiences for custom Salesforce applications (Experience Cloud, Field Service, Marketing Cloud) Create ecommerce storefronts and optimise conversion design across Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and StoreConnect platforms Manage WordPress-based client sites and landing pages Develop accessible, WCAG 2.1 AA-compliant interfaces for enterprise clients Facilitate client workshops and design sessions on-site Internal Operations Maintain and evolve the Arcturious brand identity and design system Design sales collateral, including proposals, case studies, and pitch presentations Manage website updates and create digital content (WordPress) Produce conference materials and manage event booth design (5-6 events annually) Strategic Contribution Collaborate with consultants and developers on solution architecture Participate in pre-sales activities to support enterprise account pursuits Document design patterns and standards for scalability Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of professional design experience with a demonstrable portfolio Proven experience designing for Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, or Commerce Cloud) Demonstrated ecommerce platform design expertise with at least two of the following: Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, StoreConnect, or comparable enterprise ecommerce platforms Experience with WordPress CMS for content management and site updates Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and relevant design tools Understanding of responsive design, component libraries, and design systems Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions Based in Sydney or willing to relocate (role requires on‑site presence) Highly Desirable Understanding of Salesforce data architecture and technical constraints Background in consulting, agency, or client services environments Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies Experience with design systems and component library management Not Suitable For Candidates seeking remote-only arrangements Visual designers without enterprise platform experience Salesforce consultants without substantial design expertise Location Hybrid model requiring 2-3 days per week in-office collaboration. Some interstate travel for client workshops and conference attendance.
