2IC Team Leader - 3PL Warehouse (Wetherill Park) As our 2IC Team Leader, you’ll be the go-to support for the Warehouse Site Manager and the key driver of day-to-day warehouse activity across receiving, pick/pack, and dispatch. You’ll be an active presence on the floor — allocating work, solving problems in real time, and ensuring our clients receive accurate and efficient service every day. This role is ideal for someone who has “fire in the belly,” thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to develop the skills needed to eventually lead their own site or team. What You’ll Be Doing Lead by example through hands‑on work across all warehouse functions Allocate tasks, coach team members, and monitor daily performance Conduct quality checks, cycle counts, and maintain strong stock accuracy Coordinate with internal teams and external carriers – booking transport & preparing manifests Support client projects, reworks, labour planning and process improvement Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace in line with WHS standards Build a positive, respectful, accountable, safety‑first team culture Why This Role Matters You’ll be joining AirRoad’s growing 3PL business – operating from 11 national sites and backed by international logistics partner Senko Group.
