This position provides services to QBuild employees, customers and suppliers. What you will be doing: timely and accurate preparation and data entry of accounts payable and/or accounts receivable transactions (including invoices, receipts, payments, credit notes and journals) contributing to a strong control environment by applying a sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and practices for financial operations communicating effectively with stakeholders (including business unit staff, customers and suppliers) to assist them with their queries and provide advice in relation to the processing of accounts payable and/or accounts receivable transactions, including on the status of outstanding transactions, and taking action to ensure prompt resolution of disputes using data and problem solving skills to assist the Senior Team Leader and Accounts Payable or Receivable Supervisors in analysing and continuously improving department processes contributing to effective teamwork by developing an understanding of the roles and responsibilities of other team members and working collaboratively to achieve deadlines and manage competing priorities.
