Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Educational Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on identifying and engaging prospective education clients, maintaining strong relationships with partners and contractors, and promoting our range of educational services and programs. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, partner institutions, and education agents to understand their goals and recommend appropriate study solutions. Proactively identify and engage prospective students by researching various channels such as online directories, referrals, and educational events to generate new enrolment opportunities. Stay informed about trends in international education, emerging program options, competitor offerings, and regulatory updates that may impact students or partner institutions. Analyse prospective students’ profiles and goals to identify educational pathways and institutions that align with their academic background, career objectives, and personal aspirations. Provide personalised and transparent guidance, ensuring clients have all the necessary information about suitable programs, admission requirements, and visa procedures to make informed decisions. Coordinate with internal admissions and administrative teams to ensure a smooth application process and high‑quality client experience. Negotiate service terms and pricing with clients and partners, ensuring agreements align with company standards and client expectations. Track client progress post‑enrolment, offering continued support to ensure satisfaction and resolving any challenges that may arise. Monitor market feedback and competitor activity, sharing relevant insights with the management team to support strategic planning. Accurately manage sales records, agreements, and client data to ensure transparency and compliance with internal procedures. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, overall expenses, business opportunities, and feedback received from clients and stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Education, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience carrying out the key responsibilities outlined, or most of them. Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong sales and post‑sales skills, including the ability to identify client needs, effectively present and negotiate educational products and services, close agreements, and provide excellent ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and foster lasting relationships. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling student documentation and partner agreements. Ability to manage multiple client cases and priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM or student management systems is an advantage. English proficiency is mandatory; Portuguese or Spanish language skills are a plus. Additional Information Salary: AUD 77,000 - 80,000 plus Superannuation Position: Permanent (Full‑time) Shift days: Monday - Friday (Morning and Afternoon) Hours per week: 38h Location: Sydney, NSW 2000 Working rights required for this role.
