People & Capability Analyst

Civmec Construction & Engineering We are seeking a People & Capability Analyst on a 12-month contract to join our team. As a key member of the People & Capability Team, you will be responsible for supporting the business in decision making through the provision of accurate HR data and reporting and maintaining and supporting HR and business information systems. Responsibilities Be the central point of contact for reporting and analytics and prepare HR reports for internal and external stakeholders, including Group reporting, statutory reporting, trends analysis, benchmarking reports, WGEA annual reporting, and ad hoc reports as required Maintain and continuously improve the People Dashboard using Power BI and support local leaders with business unit specific reporting. Be responsible for maintaining Oracle HCM data quality, hierarchies, structures, workflows and reports as the Oracle HCM Super User. Maintain SharePoint sites, ensuring proper access controls and data security. Develop and maintain document libraries, lists and other SharePoint resources. Assist with the setup, configuration and ongoing maintenance of HR systems and support with troubleshooting technical issues to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of systems. Qualifications Bachelor level degree or above within human resources and / or information systems A minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience in an HR Analytics or systems role, in a fast paced environment Advanced systems skills with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Oracle HCM, OTBI, and SharePoint Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, including the use of macros, Power Query, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
