Deliver high quality, person centred care to residents and families, including consideration for cultural, spiritual and individual needs. Provide nursing care to residents with complex needs such as palliative care, dementia support, restorative care and pain management to enhance their wellbeing. To support nursing staff regarding assessment and care planning processes, documentation and evaluation of care outcomes. Analyse risk, implement strategies and participate in clinical handover with Registered Nurses. Promote a harmonious team approach by acting as a role model in coordinating daily routines and adhering to safe practice measures in medication management in consultation with the Registered Nurses.
