We at Coforge are hiring for a Data & Reporting Analyst. Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and management of enterprise‑grade reporting and analytics solutions, serving as a subject‑matter expert in data visualization, Power BI development, and data modelling to deliver a world‑class user experience. Develop end‑to‑end Power BI solutions – design, develop, test, and deploy high‑impact, performant, and secure Power BI reports, dashboards, and apps. Architect and implement sophisticated and efficient data models in Power BI (and Azure Analysis Services when applicable), defining relationships, calculated columns, measures (DAX), and row‑level security (RLS). Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks in Power BI reports and data models. Create engaging, effective visualizations that adhere to visual design principles and reduce cognitive load. Connect to, query, and transform data from multiple sources (Dataflows, data warehouses, Azure SQL, APIs, etc.) using SQL and Power Query (M). Qualifications Mid‑Senior level experience. Deep, hands‑on expertise with Power BI Desktop and Service, including advanced data modelling and DAX. Proficiency in Power Query (M) for data transformation and ETL. Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation. Experience with Azure Analysis Services or equivalent platforms. Portfolio demonstrating strong data visualization and UX design. Ability to work independently in a contract environment.
