The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to join our growing team. This pivotal role will oversee daily workshop operations, lead our talented crew, and ensure we continue to deliver exceptional service and quality for our valued clients. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across all service lines (detailing, PPF, ceramic, tint, correction) Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 13+ staff Manage scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation for maximum efficiency Uphold quality standards, safety protocols, and customer satisfaction Collaborate with management on process improvement and business growth Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff training Monitor inventory, supplies, and workshop maintenance Liaise with clients and resolve operational issues promptly About You Demonstrated experience in an operational leadership role (automotive or related sector preferred) Evidenced experience with diagnosing faults, dismantling and repairing parts, performing scheduled maintenance, and reassembling and testing repaired components. Strong people management and communication skills Proven ability to drive process improvement and team performance Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused Committed to delivering quality and upholding company values Comfortable with technology and workshop systems Why Join PDC?
