The Opportunity Join our dynamic Shepparton Warehouse team as a Warehouse Operator, responsible for the safe, efficient, and accurate movement of goods across our site. In this role, you’ll play a key part in achieving our Warehouse KPI DIFOT – Deliver In Full and On Time, ensuring our customers receive the right product, on time, every time. You’ll uphold all business safety policies and procedures while maintaining full compliance with Chain of Responsibility requirements, supporting the smooth and safe operation of our warehouse. Operate forklifts safely and in line with company procedures, traffic flows, and HRW license requirements. Complete daily forklift pre‑start checks, maintenance requests, and housekeeping tasks. Accurately pick, stage and dispatch outbound goods, ensuring all documentation and quality checks are completed for audit compliance. Receive, label and store inbound goods including raw materials, packaging, pallets, and finished products. Manage materials for production work orders – releasing, returning, and reconciling stock as required. Conduct regular stock cycle counts and support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse. Support cross‑training and team development to build a knowledgeable, flexible workforce. Assist in implementing and training staff on new procedures and compliance requirements. Uphold Safety, GMP, and Chain of Responsibility standards, promoting a strong culture of safety, quality, and compliance. What You’ll Bring A current forklift license with minimum 2 years' high reach double‑deep experience. A strong commitment to safety and a zero‑tolerance approach to unsafe practices. Experience using RF scanners and computerised warehouse management systems. FMCG experience and a customer‑focused approach (preferred). Working knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and inventory management principles. Excellent communication and time management skills, with reliability and punctuality. A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement. A self‑motivated, autonomous approach, with the ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast‑paced environment. Why Noumi?
