About the Role We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated Domestic Home Care Support Workers to join our team on the Central Coast. This is more than a job, it’s a chance to make a real difference in people’s lives while enjoying the independence of working autonomously. You’ll be providing quality assistance service within our client’s homes, which includes: General housework, such as vacuuming and mopping floors. Cleaning shower, toilet, bath and hand basin. Emptying kitchen/bathroom bins, dishwashing Unaccompanied shopping from a client list Changing sheets, making the bed. If so, we’d love to hear from you Essential Requirements & Attributes: Reliability and commitment to the rostered days and times Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team Ability to use modern technology, smart phones, apps, email and internet A current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain) A current or willingness to obtain: Police Check & Working with Children Check (WCC) You’re empathetic, patient, and a strong communicator NSW Driver License and a reliable vehicle Evidence of protection against Diphtheria, Measles, Hepatitis B, Pertussis, Mumps, Varicella, Tetanus, Rubella, (Influenza is highly recommended) Why work with ADSSI? Guaranteed hours. Competitive hourly rate + paid travel time + paid kilometres (0.99 /kilometre). Eligible for $15,900 not-for-profit salary packaging plus a $2,600 meal entertainment card annually.
