No experience needed We are on the lookout for an experienced, super-star Product Genius who is passionate about customer service and providing a great customer experience. Our ideal Product Genius is a highly organised person with loads of energy, enthusiasm and drive. Your role will include serving our valued customers, presenting BYD's exceptional product, facilitating test drives, and showing our customers how their new cars work. You also must present yourself professionally (in attire and attitude) and have the ability to nurture great relationships with both our existing and potential clients. Thrilling them with your responses to their requests will be par for the course. Our dealership is a fun and fast-paced environment, so you'll have to come up to speed quickly. You will be expected to meet the KPIs and sales targets we set for you. You'll also need to get on well with your co-workers and people in our other departments. You will spend a period learning the ins-and-outs of our dealership, our team and our customers. Once you are up to speed, you may have the opportunity to progress to a Product Specialist role. This includes a company car, an increase in base salary and commissions that combined conservatively exceed $100,000 OTE.
