Understand customer needs and budgets, recommending suitable models and configurations. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through proactive follow-up. Guide customers through the entire sales journey—test drives, quoting, CRM updates, and contract processing. Deliver an outstanding experience pre- and post-sale, addressing questions and ensuring satisfaction. Support promotional activities, marketing events, and new product launches. Coordinate vehicle deliveries and conduct comprehensive handovers. Collaborate with finance and service departments to deliver seamless service. Stay informed on EV trends and BYD model updates.
