About the Role We’re looking for an enthusiastic Operations Coordinator to join our Noosa team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their career in events and keen to learn from an experienced team. You’ll play a key role in supporting the planning and delivery of our world‑class events. This role involves travel within Australia & New Zealand with weekend work during event periods. What You’ll Do Assist with event logistics and supplier coordination (e.g. fencing, marquees, waste services). Help organise event vehicle bookings. Prepare and maintain event documents such as signage plans and venue manuals. Support the team during event setup and pack‑down at start lines, finish lines, aid stations, and expo areas. Contribute to meetings and briefings on event operations. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe event environment. What We’re Looking For Strong organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office). A valid driver’s licence. Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR certification. Right to work in Australia. Nice to Have (but not essential) Previous experience in events or volunteering at sporting events. Relevant tertiary qualification or studies in Event Management. Forklift or scooter licence.
