Ecommerce Equation is looking for a highly motivated graduate to join our Sell By Chat team and learn the art of turning social conversations into qualified sales opportunities. What you'll do Own the first conversation with potential customers by managing inbound and outbound chat conversations across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms Learn to qualify leads effectively through structured questioning and sales‑driven conversation frameworks that identify genuine buying intent Develop your CRM skills by accurately logging lead details and ensuring smooth handover to the Appointment Setting team with full context Build resilience and efficiency by managing high‑volume daily conversations (350-500 opens) while maintaining quality and brand voice Master the balance between following proven scripts and adapting messaging based on real‑time conversation flow Collaborate closely with experienced Sell By Chat Coordinators, working toward shared team KPIs and commission structures Gain hands‑on experience in social selling and digital customer engagement strategies Who you are, and what you'll bring Recent graduate (or graduating soon) with strong written communication skills and eagerness to develop sales expertise Natural ability to connect with people through written conversation and genuine curiosity about what drives customer decisions High energy and resilience – you can handle pressure, fast pace, and high volume without getting overwhelmed Exceptional team player mentality – you understand that success is shared and you're excited to learn from your teammates Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously Native‑level English proficiency with the ability to adapt your tone while staying on‑brand Confidence using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and comfortable learning new digital tools quickly Positive, collaborative personality with a sense of humour – you'll fit right into our team culture of banter and mutual support Motivation and drive to learn, grow, and eventually progress within the sales function Why Ecommerce Equation?
