As our Head of Commercial Finance, you'll lead the team that shapes our financial strategy, drives growth, and ensures stability. Working closely with our CFO, you'll bring clarity and confidence to financial decision-making - helping turn strategic ambition into measurable outcomes. You’ll inspire a collaborative, high-performing team and play a pivotal role in building the financial foundations that enable innovation and long-term success. About the role Partner with executives and senior leaders to shape and influence strategy through annual and long-term planning. Lead and develop a high-performing Commercial Finance team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Partner with our CFO and senior leaders to shape and execute financial strategies aligned with our business goals. Drive annual budgeting, long-term financial planning, and insightful performance monitoring. Provide expert financial insights and advice to guide key decisions, investments, and partnerships. Build strong business partnerships across teams, promoting financial literacy and data-driven decision-making. Manage financial risks and ensure strong governance across the organisation. Present clear, confident financial reporting and strategic advice to executives, the board, and investors. Champion process improvements, automation, and innovative finance technologies. Develop consistent frameworks to evaluate and prioritise investments and projects. About you Proven experience in senior commercial finance leadership in complex enterprise or global environments. Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders and influence strategic and financial outcomes. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior leaders and boards. Strong commercial acumen and business insight. Experience leading and growing high-performing teams. A track record supporting businesses through growth and change, preferably on a global scale. High integrity, professionalism, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment. Transaction services, financial advisory or M&A experience is a plus.
