A not‑for‑profit organisation, we work in partnership with people of all ages on the autism spectrum, and their families to deliver evidence‑informed, person‑centred solutions that are family‑focused and customer‑driven. Job Description Starting salary $84–$125K per annum (full‑time equivalent), inclusive of super, phone, and laptop. Salary packaging options to increase take‑home pay. We work in partnership with the individual and their families/support network to identify strengths, areas of need, and develop support strategies that build capabilities and work with participants’ interests. We are a mobile service across South West Sydney and meet participants in their community setting to work on transferrable skills that shape their everyday lives. Our Program Includes A structured induction and training program. A combination of self‑paced and guided modules covering introduction to the organisation and working with clients. An informative webinar series covering the latest evidence‑based research. Child protection and safeguarding training. An introduction to Positive Behaviour Support (PBS). Strong individualised support and supervision structure with both a clinical and operational focus tailored to your learning needs. Qualifications What you bring Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy. Eligible for membership with AHPRA. Current driver’s licence; own vehicle for business purposes (reimbursed per km) and willingness to travel across South Western Sydney. NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance. Working with Children Check for paid employment for the state you reside in. NDIS Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety and You’ certificate.
