Job Description We are seeking a professional with a background in Occupational Therapy to work in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector in Liverpool, NSW. In this role you will manage your own day with flexibility and autonomy, supported by a close team of driven healthcare professionals and a global corporate infrastructure. You will provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of physical and psychological conditions, supporting return to health and work outcomes. Responsibilities Case management with manageable caseloads and support from Rehabilitation Assistants. Apply clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes. Work with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programmes. Collaborate with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals. Work across workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veterans Affairs, and employer‑funded injury prevention programmes. Assist those with an injury or health condition to achieve return to health and work outcomes. Complete assessments: initial, workplace and vocational assessments to review diagnosis, support treatment plans, address psychosocial barriers to employment and identify suitable employment opportunities. Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy registered with AHPRA. Previous experience in Occupational Rehabilitation highly regarded. Excellent communication skills. Compassion, kindness and empathy. Well‑developed time‑management skills. A current NSW Driver’s Licence and access to a car with comprehensive insurance.
